Landlord Learning

 Dad spent a lot of time working away at his two rental properties on the south side of Fredericton.  I remember going over town with him many times to tag along as he painted, shovelled, had meetings with tenants or whatever. He was a very dedicated landlord. I feel like I learned quite a bit from him and have put it to good use with our own apartment setup.
